In our service laboratory in Vreden we carry out a complete range of analyses and provide an interpretation of the results. The outcome contributes towards a quick start-up procedure and a stable operation of the plant. To process the analyses, our laboratory will provide you with bottles that can be sent back conveniently via post. You will usually get your result back within 48 hours. In our service laboratory we carry out a complete range of analyses and tests which contribute towards the stable operation of a biogas plant.
Checking the substances for gas yield, fermentation progress, nutrient and harmful substance content enables an optimal feeding of the plant. The assessment of feedstock for gas yield, fermentation progress, nutrient and harmful substance content allows you to identify the optimum feeding programme for your plant. Possible inhibitions and contamination with harmful substances can be avoided in advance. Gas-yield and gas-quality tests provide important characteristic values in order to ensure the economic viability of the plant.
Standard analyses include measuring the conductibility, ph-value, the amount of volatile organic acids and the buffer capacity. Additional analyses are acetic acids, prop ionic acids, n-butyric acid, iso-butyric acid, n-valeric acid, iso-valeric acid as well as dry matter, organic dry matter and concentration of ammonium.
